Hi Jerry,
I posted part of the second part of Project 1 to the fotothing but I do not have electricity or internet at home. As soon as I can I will pair them, assign words and post. Sorry about that.
Bonnie
Here is out class meeting place for Two Dimensional Design class. Post just a couple of examples of your weekly work here and put the remainder on your fotothing account. Support each other by commenting on each other's posts.

Hello
My name is Bonnie Ellis. This class will give me enough credits to apply for my Associates degree which I hope to be able to get. I plan to continue but cannot afford to pay for my education and my children's at the same time. I enjoy learning new and different things so will continue taking class using the allowance my employer provides(it will be a while before I get my BA!). This class will help me by forcing me to learn photoshop, something I wanted to do for work. A couple of my tasks at work require me to edit photos, adjust clip art, etc. My skills in photoshop are limited. I am also hoping this class will help me learn to be more creative. I am looking forward to this class!
I have set my Fotothing acct up and posted some of the project 1 work. http://www.fotothing.com/ellisbons/

I thought I followed the instructions, and followed sizes, 3X3 and canvas size etc. but I might have missed a step because my images seem to show the canvas in the background. Should I have cropped them?

Week 1
-Introductory Bio posted to class blog

Welcome to Class!
Dear Tony, Bonnie and Sean,
Welcome to Mod 2 and Two Dimensional Design class. Here is a link to the syllabus for the class:
http://jnevins.com/twodimensionaldesignsyllabusonline.htm
Take time to read through it to become familiar with the projects you will work on over the course of the next 8 weeks. The class blog is here: http://2011twodimensionaldesign.blogspot.com/
I had blogger send you an invitation to your email address... open the email and click on the link inside to bring you to a sign in page for the blog. This time, use your same Albertus log in and we shouldn't have any issues with posting.
Click on the link to the blog from the last time this was offered in ADP at the top of the syllabus to get a feel for the projects.
Here is a video I created on how to post to the class blog for newbies... http://jnevins.com/howtopost.htm
You will post 2 of your examples of your work for the current work along with some commentary and will put the balance of your work on your free fotothing.com account... http://fotothing.com
Email me with any questions! There are only 3 in the class and I am working for 1/3 the usual rate because of the small enrollment... but I decided to do this anyway.
Looking forward to working with you!
Best,
Jerry
